Proactively raising awareness and communicating about RESIL-Card and its objectives is crucial from the onset of the project. A great opportunity – if not the greatest – to reach out to stakeholders of the interventional cardiovascular community is EuroPCR, the world’s leading course in interventional cardiovascular medicine, hosted annually in May in Paris, France.
Gathering over 12,000 participants, EuroPCR 2024 (May 14-17) gave the RESIL-Card project some visibility through a few communication deliverables and two specific events – an interview with Prof Wijns (We CARE) and Prof Klazinga (AMC UMC), and an awareness session with the PCR Companions (members of the PCR loyalty programme).
Communicating about the project was also the opportunity to encourage PCR Companions from the 27 EU Member States and Ukraine to complete the HCP survey conducted by WP1 and whose results will enable to gain a better understanding of the disruptive impact of the COVID pandemic on the cardiovascular care pathways and the innovative solutions implemented to ensure care continuity.
Find out more about the awareness and communication actions during EuroPCR with deliverable D3.3 – EuroPCR course | Awareness and communication (May 30, 2024) in the Available resources section.
